Civil Engineering
We design and deliver roads, bridges, drainage networks and foundational infrastructure, both as standalone projects and within larger developments. Civil teams work alongside structural and MEP colleagues so the wider system performs as one.
Structural Engineering & Design
We provide structural calculations, framing design and integrity assessments for buildings of every size and use. Every drawing is reviewed for safety, durability and constructability before it leaves the office.
MEP Engineering
Our mechanical, electrical and plumbing services cover the whole building, from heat and power loads to water systems and life safety. We coordinate MEP from concept so services are designed in, not squeezed in afterwards.
Infrastructure Development
We deliver large-scale infrastructure for estates, utilities and public projects, including the road networks and services that knit a development together. This is where our engineering and real estate sides meet most directly.
Engineering Consultancy
Feasibility studies, technical reviews, peer reviews and advisory services for clients who need a senior engineering opinion before committing capital. An honest reading of risk, cost, and what good looks like.
Construction, Maintenance & Commissioning
We construct, fabricate, commission and maintain the projects we design, and take on construction for projects designed by others. One accountable team from build through to long-term maintenance.

Brief & discovery
We start by listening. The first conversation is about what you are trying to achieve, the constraints you are working within, and what success looks like for you.
Feasibility & planning
We test the brief against site, regulation, cost and timeline. If something will not work, we tell you early. If it can work better a different way, we tell you that too.
Design & engineering
Our engineers develop the design through clear stages with client sign-off at each. Drawings, calculations and specifications hold up to external review.
Construction & delivery
We deliver on site with our own teams and trusted partners, with project management you can see in action. Progress, costs and risks are reported openly.
Commissioning & handover
Every system is tested, documented and signed off before the keys change hands. Clients receive operating manuals, warranties and a clear handover record.
